Urban Design & Planning
Our Urban Design & Planning division assists us in providing a comprehensive urban design and land use planning solution to our clients. This enables us to develop, manage, and implement a diverse range of projects in Western Australia. We can develop plans that help create communities, revitalize physical facilities and allow for growth and flexibility. Our approach is to integrate, not separate. We plan places that are functional and sustainable for the future, and we want to be involved in our clients’ projects from idea to practical completion.
Subdivision
It can be a laborious and drawn-out procedure to subdivide land. All subdivision applications may be coordinated by SGL Design team through the often drawn-out and difficult procedure, from conditional permission to title. We can present the strongest argument if you’re proposing anything novel or perhaps divisive because we are experts in planning and property subdivisions from tiny lots to the creation of lively estates.
Interior Design
Our interior design division will make interior spaces practical, safe, and attractive by determining space needs and selecting decorative elements such as colours, lighting, and materials within the parameters of the agreed-upon budget and time frame.
