Kanda is a dynamic, dedicated, and qualified Urban Designer with a degree in Architecture background and sound knowledge of Urban design, Building and Planning. He has 25 years of combined urban design, planning and building design expertise assisting in all phases of city making and completed projects in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, UAE, and India. He is a committed team player, motivated, hard worker and enthusiastic to create great, meaningful, sense of places and built forms for communities to live, play and work. He has qualifications in architecture, urban design & planning. Kanda has a strong understanding of building regulations, urban design & planning trends, and Western Australian planning legislation and its operation.
